Summertime Hours are here at KC Help Tri Cities
8am to Noon Tuesdays and Thursdays July and August
Hot weather in eastern Washington requires a shift of service to a cooler part of the day at KC Help. Opening hours at our Regional Warehouse at 324 West Margaret in Pasco will be changing to 0800 am until noon each Tuesday and Thursday for July and August. We will be returning to normal hours in September.
If you are visiting us for medical equipment, please arrange your transportation, pick up, or drop off time accordingly.
We will do our best to provide shade. If you need to come indoors to await Dial-A-Ride, equipment fitting, or to talk to our administrative staff, we will have some but limited ability to accommodate you in our indoor waiting area.
Have a great summer and stay safe! We will still be there for you only earlier!
What do we do? We're a lending library of home care medical equipment.

Our Mission in San Felipe Spreads Outward:
As many of our fellow followers know, we started a KC Help mission to Mexico three years ago. Mario Gamboa and Sharon Rhodes are the leaders for this outreach. Sharon transports the equipment to her home in San Felipe and with the support of our fellow Richland Knight Mario who also lives in San Felipe, our equipment finds new homes. He is the Director of KC Help Mexico and he coordinates, translate, and connects stakeholders in Mexico to make this all possible. Sharon has gathered a crew of supporters...READ MORE!
The program provides....
Standard hospital room equipment for people to use in their home such as, hospital type beds, over the bed tables, lift chairs, wheel chairs, bath and shower chairs and portable bathroom equipment, crutches, scooters and much more!
When you need it....
Coming home from surgery?
Suffering from an injury or illness that requires bed rest, crutches, a scooter or other medical equipment you don't have laying around in the garage?
Where you need it....
You can pick it up at our Regional Operations Centers. See hours of operation for details. Or if you can't come to us, KC HELP can come to you and will set it up in your home.
The costs....
Nothing! Yes that's right. There is no cost to you for the use of this equipment. KC HELP provides this service to the Community free of obligation. If you need an electric wheelchair we need you to help us with the cost of the batteries if you can, because most donations we receive come without good batteries.
KC Help....
The Knights Community Hospital Equipment Lend Program (KC HELP) is a nonprofit 501 c(3) corporation that provides basic hospital type equipment needed for home convalescence to persons who lack the means to obtain such equipment.
For over twenty years, KC HELP has grown from serving six clients per month to over 200, helping thousands of people gain free access to much needed medical equipment in the greater Tri-Cities, and across the Washington state region and beyond.
